NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Jenae Harner and Ryan Lally were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Volleyball Players of the Week Tuesday. 

Harner, a junior outside hitter from Effingham, Ill., and Effingham High School (Interactive Media Studies major), owned or shared the team lead in kills in all five matches last week as North Central went 4-1. She hit .513 with a career-high 22 kills against Judson and hit .372 with 20 kills against St. Mary's. Harner finished with a hitting percentage of .261 and 18 kills in a victory over 23rd-ranked UW-Whitewater and was named to the Tiffany Robinson Memorial All-Tournament Team. For the week, Harner averaged 4.05 kills per game and a .305 hitting percentage.

Lally, a junior setter from Downers Grove, Ill., and Downers Grove North High School (Human Resource Management major), contributed to North Central’s 4-1 record last week, averaging 12.30 set assists, 2.25 digs and a 2.32 hitting percentage. Lally also had a career-high 62 assists against St. Mary’s.
