NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Charles Rosenberg was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday.

Rosenberg, a senior forward from Palatine, Illinois and Fremd High School (Management major), averaged 26.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in two CCIW road wins last week. He led the Cardinals in both scoring and rebounding and posted back-to-back career highs in scoring. Rosenberg scored 26 points, pulled down eight rebounds and totaled three steals in a 62-46 win at Millikin on January 7. He followed with 27 points, 14 rebounds and four steals in a 75-70 overtime win at Wheaton on January 10.
