North Park's Henry wins second CCIW Men's Basketball Player of the Week honor

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Park’s Juwan Henry earned his second College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week honor of the season on Monday.
 
Henry, a junior guard from Chicago, Illinois and Bogan High School (Sport Management major), scored the go-ahead basket with three seconds left to help lead the Vikings to a 92-90 win over Coe on Saturday, December 12. Henry totaled a game-high 33 points to go along with seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block against the Kohawks.

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) was founded in 1946 and currently services eight member institutions including Augustana College (Rock Island, IL), Carthage College (Kenosha, WI), Elmhurst College (Elmhurst, IL), Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL), Millikin University (Decatur, IL), North Central College (Naperville, IL), North Park University (Chicago, IL) and Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). During the 2014-15 academic year, the CCIW honored over 1,500 academic all-conference recipients, 19 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, 46 CoSIDA Academic All-District recipients and 102 all-Americans.
