NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Tess Godhardt was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Basketball Player of the Week on Monday.

Godhardt, a senior guard from Hinckley, Illinois and Hinckley-Big Rock High School (Political Science major), averaged 25.5 points and 7.0 rebounds for the 2-0 Cardinals last week. She scored a game-high 27 points, pulled down eight rebounds and added three steals in a 105-82 win over Augustana on Wednesday. The Cardinals set an NCAA Division III record with their 11th 100-point game of the season. On Saturday, Godhardt finished with 24 points and six rebounds in a 96-81 win over Illinois Wesleyan.
