North Central's Boyle, Illinois Wesleyan's Grabarek named CCIW Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Danny Boyle and Illinois Wesleyan’s J.C. Grabarek were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday.
 
Boyle, a freshman attacker from Lemont, Illinois and Lemont Township High School (Entrepreneurship major), totaled a game-high nine points during a 25-1 win over Concordia-Chicago in the season opener last Wednesday. He scored five goals and added four assists as the Cardinals won their first game as a program.
 
Grabarek, a sophomore midfielder/face-off specialist from Bartlett, Illinois and Bartlett High School (Business major), helped lead the Titans to a 26-11 win over Hendrix on Sunday. He was 22-of-31 on face-offs and had 18 ground balls and one caused turnover. Grabarek also added two goals in the win, Illinois Wesleyan’s first of the 2017 season.
