NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s
Jagger Anderson was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week on Monday.
Anderson, a senior guard from Springfield, Illinois and Springfield Southeast High School (Management major), achieved career-high scoring totals in two-straight Cardinal wins last week. On Wednesday, he tied for the game high in scoring with 22 points on 6-of-12 shooting, along with six assists and three steals in North Central’s 82-72 win over Carroll. On Saturday, he finished with a team-high 25 points on 9-of-15 shooting in a 73-67 win at North Park.
