2020 All-Conference Women's Basketball Team
NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced today the 16 members of the 2020 All-Conference Women's Basketball Team.
Wheaton senior forward
Hannah Frazier was named the Lori Kerans Most Outstanding Player for the second year in a row, becoming the first back-to-back winner since Wheaton's Katie McDaniels in 2016 and 2017. Frazier was also named to the First Team for the third-straight season.
Augustana senior guard
Alexis Jones, Carthage senior guard
Autumn Kalis and Illinois Wesleyan senior forward
Sydney Shanks all earned their second-straight First Team selection. Millikin junior forward
Jordan Hildebrand and North Park sophomore forward
Jayla Johnson were named to the First Team following second team selections in 2019.
Wheaton junior guard
Hannah Williams was named to the Second Team for the second-straight year.
Wheaton's
Kent Madsen won his sixth Beth Baker Coach of the Year honor after leading the Thunder to their 11th CCIW regular season title. It was the program's fifth title under Madsen.
Millikin freshman forward
Abby Ratsch became the first Big Blue player to win the CCIW's Newcomer of the Year award after being named to the Second Team.

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) was founded in 1946 and currently services nine member institutions including Augustana College (Rock Island, IL), Carroll University (Waukesha, WI), Carthage College (Kenosha, WI), Elmhurst College (Elmhurst, IL), Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL), Millikin University (Decatur, IL), North Central College (Naperville, IL), North Park University (Chicago, IL) and Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). During the 2018-19 academic year, the CCIW honored over 2,200 academic all-conference recipients, 18 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, 43 CoSIDA Academic All-District recipients, and over 100 all-Americans.
