North Central's Costanzo wins third CCIW Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honor

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Megan Costanzo was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week for the third time this season on Tuesday.

Costanzo, a junior from Huntington Beach, California and Somonauk (Ill.) High School (Psychology major), was the second-highest NCAA Division III finisher at the Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division race on Friday. She placed 32nd out of 216 runners with a time of 17:37.6 in the 5K, which featured a mix of Division I, II and III athletes.
