North Central's Costanzo named CCIW Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Megan Costanzo was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.

Costanzo, a junior from Huntington Beach, California and Somonauk (Ill.) High School (Psychology major), placed second overall at the Illinois Intercollegiate Cross Country Championship at Olivet Nazarene on September 12. Her time of 18:11.7 in the 5K helped lead the Cardinals to a second place finish with 49 points, just one point behind the host Tigers.
