North Central's Henry named CCIW Men's Basketball Player of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Erwin Henry was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week on Monday.
 
Henry, a sophomore guard from Chicago and Whitney Young High School (Accounting major), led the Cardinals in scoring in each of their two road wins last week. He finished with 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field, along with six rebounds, three assists and one steal in a 95-77 win at Carthage on February 10. Henry then established a new career high in scoring with 28 points on 8-of-11 shooting, along with eight rebounds and one assist in a 79-64 win at Elmhurst on February 13. For the week, he averaged 23.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and shot .714 from the field.
