Illinois Wesleyan's Rose wins second CCIW Men's Basketball Player of the Week honor

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Illinois Wesleyan’s Brady Rose won his second College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week honor on Monday.
 
Rose, a senior guard from Bloomington, Illinois and Bloomington High School (Marketing major), helped lead the Titans to a 2-0 record in CCIW play last week including a 72-53 win over No. 2-ranked Augustana on Wednesday. He scored 26 points on 11-of-20 shooting against the Vikings including 4-of-7 shooting from three-point range. Rose added five rebounds and two assists in the win. On Saturday, he scored a career-high 35 points on 10-of-17 shooting and 5-of-8 from three-point range in an 87-75 win against Elmhurst. Rose also finished 10-of-11 from the free throw line and added two rebounds and one assist.
