NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Carthage's Mickey Reilly and Elmhurst's Noah Reed were selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week on Tuesday. 

Reilly, a sophomore marketing major from Libertyville, Illinois, tallied two goals and an assist in a 5-1 victory over Augustana on October 9 as part of a 1-1 week for the Firebirds. Reilly scored the first goal of the match just 45 seconds into action and assisted on a goal 15 minutes later before adding his second goal of the match in the 60th minute.

Reed, a junior goalkeeper from Kenosha, Wisconsin, posted two shutouts between the pipes for the Bluejays as Elmhurst posted a pair of CCIW wins. On Wednesday, Reed made one save in a 1-0 victory at Millikin. Saturday night, Reed made five saves in posting his sixth clean sheet of the season in a 2-0 victory over Carroll.
