NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The top four teams from the regular season standings will compete in the 2021 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Soccer Tournament beginning Wednesday.
Regular season co-champion and No. 1 seed Wheaton will host No. 4 Augustana on Wednesday, November 3 at 7 p.m. The Thunder defeated the Vikings 3-0 on September 29 in Rock Island.
No. 2 seed Illinois Wesleyan hosts No. 3 North Central in the other semifinal contest on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Titans beat the Cardinals 2-1 on October 13 in Napervlle.
Wednesday's semifinal winners will play for the tournament title at the highest remaining seed on Saturday, November 6 at 7 p.m. The tournament champion will earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship.
Wheaton enters the weekend as a 13-time tournament winner, while Illinois Wesleyan is the two-time defending champion after advancing on penalty kicks in the championship match against the Thunder in 2018 and defeating Augustana 1-0 in 2019.
North Central will make its second-straight tournament appearance and fourth overall. Augustana will make its 17th tournament appearance and third-straight.

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) was founded in 1946 and currently services nine member institutions including Augustana College (Rock Island, IL), Carroll University (Waukesha, WI), Carthage College (Kenosha, WI), Elmhurst College (Elmhurst, IL), Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL), Millikin University (Decatur, IL), North Central College (Naperville, IL), North Park University (Chicago, IL) and Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). During the 2018-19 academic year, the CCIW honored over 2,200 academic all-conference recipients, 18 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, 43 CoSIDA Academic All-District recipients, and over 100 all-Americans.
