NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Sophomore accounting major Alyssa Ritchie, of the Marian University women's bowling team was named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Bowler of the Week, Wednesday, Nov. 24. Ritchie and the Sabres competed at the Warhawk Classic hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewhater Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 20-21
The sophomore led the Sabres to a tournament win and was named to her first-ever All-Tournament Team as she placed first overall. Ritchie had an impressive showing at the classic as she produced a five-game set of 993 for a 198.6 average to individually win the eight-team tournament. The Minooka, Ill. native capped off her weekend with an overall 85 fill percentage.
