NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Marian sophomore Jenna Betts was selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Bowling Student-Athlete of the Week on Wednesday.

Betts, a sophomore from Clare, Michigan and Clare High School, averaged 190 in five games at the ISBPA Kegel/Midwest Collegiate Classic held January 15-16 in Addison, Illinois. She also had a perfect weekend in single pin fill percentage, going 29-for-29. Betts went 19-for-25 in multi pin conversions, which helped her team to a 22nd place finish out of 58 teams.
