NAPERVILLE – North Central teammates BK Bartlett (hitter) and Tyler Donovan (setter) joined Parker Payne of North Park (defensive) as College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
 
Hitter: BK Bartlett, North Central
Making his first career start, Bartlett put down 12 kills with a .526 hitting percentage in Saturday’s CCIW sweep of Illinois Wesleyan. His effort included three digs and a team-high 12 points scored.
 
Setter: Tyler Donovan, North Central
Donovan was recognized by the CCIW for the fifth time this season after a stat line of 38 assists, seven digs, three service aces, three kills and a block assist in NCC’s win over IWU on Saturday.
 
Defensive: Parker Payne, North Park
Payne, a 6-foot-1 senior from Winter Park, Fla., helped the Vikings take three out of four matches on their weekend trip to Virginia. Payne had 10 block assists in four matches, including back-to-back four-block performances on Saturday against Roanoke and Randolph-Macon.
