NAPERVILLE — Wheaton’s Tess Boyer and Carthage’s Mae Norman have been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Swimming & Diving Student-Athletes of the Week on Wednesday afternoon. 
 
Boyer posted a pair of conference-leading times and top-10 national marks in a double dual meet against Chicago and Illinois Tech, while Norman excelled on both boards in Carthage’s competition with Lake Forest and MSOE.
 
Swimming: Tess Boyer, Wheaton
Boyer, a junior, turned in a strong performance last Saturday in a double dual meet against Chicago and Illinois Tech, winning a pair individual events. Boyer swam a lifetime best in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:24.23, the fastest mark in the CCIW this season and currently ninth nationally in NCAA Division III. 
 
She also claimed first in the 200 IM with a 2:08.41 — another conference-leading time that ranks fifth in the nation. Boyer capped her day as part of the winning 200 medley relay, contributing a 25.9-second split on the butterfly leg.
 
Diving: Mae Norman, Carthage
Norman delivered a strong performance on both boards during a double dual meet against Lake Forest and MSOE last Saturday. She earned scores of 137.60 on the 3-meter and 136.00 on the 1-meter.
