NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The 2026 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin women’s soccer season got off to a strong start this past weekend with a number of positive results around the conference, but it was the play of North Central College’s Jordan Lange and Carroll University’s Ava Lewandowski that stood out as they earned the opening Player of the Week awards.
Lange led North Central to a pair of excellent results against teams either ranked or receiving votes in the national poll. Lewandowski helped Carroll to a pair of draws on the week by compiling a save percentage of .909 in three matches.
