How has your military training helped shape your athletics career?
This past summer I had the opportunity to train at West Point as a part of their Cadet Field Training. The training I have done has helped shaped my athletics career by requiring a strong work ethic and high physical conditioning. It has also taught me leadership skills that I try to bring to my team any way I can.

What's the biggest benefit you take away from your training?
The biggest benefit I take away from my training is discipline. The attention to detail in everything the military does is meticulous, and that can be applied to everything in life.

What ultimately drew you to compete at Illinois Wesleyan and what do you enjoy most about your institution?
I was drawn to Illinois Wesleyan by the people. All of the staff I've encountered have been extremely kind and helpful since the first day I visited. Coach Iannucci is a phenomenal coach and I love all the guys on the team. I would not want to play for anyone else.
