Each College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) school selects one male and one female from each of the three sport seasons (e.g., fall, winter, spring) to be honored as the Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference winners. To be eligible, an individual must have an overall grade point average of 3.50 or above (freshmen and first year transfers are not eligible). [
