2019 All-Conference Men's Lacrosse Team

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced today the members of the 2019 All-Conference Men's Lacrosse Team as selected by the CCIW's head coaches.
Elmhurst senior attacker
Mac Harden (Carlsbad, Calif./H.S.) was named the CCIW Offensive Player of the Year for the second-straight season as he led the conference in goals per game (5.00), shots per game (13.33), and was second in points per game (5.83 - 30 goals, 5 assists). Harden earned First Team honors in all four seasons with the Bluejays including a CCIW Newcomer of the Year award as a freshman.
Illinois Wesleyan senior face-off specialist
J.C. Grabarek (Bartlett, Ill./H.S.) earned his third-straight CCIW Defensive Player of the Year honor as he finished 88-of-99 (89 percent) on face-offs and totaled 63 ground balls in six conference contests this past season. Grabarek is a four-time All-CCIW selection including the last three on the First Team.
Titan freshman attacker
Ricky Smith (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East) became the third player from Illinois Wesleyan to earn CCIW Newcomer of the Year honors, joining Nick Winter in 2015 and Peter Trunk in 2018. Smith was the conference leader in both points per game (7.00 - 24 goals, 18 assists) and assists per game (3.00).
Illinois Wesleyan's Zach Iannucci was named the CCIW Coach of the Year for the second time in his career and first time since 2016. The Titans went 6-0 in conference play, winning their second-straight CCIW regular season title and third overall in 2018.

Eric Langston (Friendswood, Texas/H.S.) was named to the CCIW All-Conference First Team for the fourth-straight season, while Carthage senior attacker
Andy Szun (Winnipeg, Manitoba/St. Paul's) earned his third-straight First Team honor.
The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) was founded in 1946 and currently services nine member institutions including Augustana College (Rock Island, IL), Carroll University (Waukesha, WI), Carthage College (Kenosha, WI), Elmhurst College (Elmhurst, IL), Illinois Wesleyan University (Bloomington, IL), Millikin University (Decatur, IL), North Central College (Naperville, IL), North Park University (Chicago, IL) and Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). During the 2017-18 academic year, the CCIW honored over 2,100 academic all-conference recipients, 15 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, 28 CoSIDA Academic All-District recipients, and over 100 all-Americans.
