NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Carroll senior Spencer Kirsteatter was selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week on Wednesday. 

An Exercise Science major from Kewaunee, Wisconsin, Kirsteatter helped lead the Pioneers to a second place team finish at the 10-team Private Colege Championships. Kirsteatter was the top overall finisher in the event with a winning time of 25 minutes and 20.7 seconds on the eight-kilometer course at Reid Municipal Golf Course.
