NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- North Central senior Jenna Fiore was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week on Wednesday.

A native of New Lenox Illinois, Fiore was the top CCIW runner at the Augustana Inter-Regionals on Saturday, placing 29th with a time of 22:38 to lead the Cardinals to a 10th place team finish in a 23-team field. Fiore's time was a 19-second drop from her time run on the same course just two weeks prior.
