Tom Eberhardt and Transylvania's
AJ Teague were selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week on Monday.
Eberhardt, a sophomore attacker from Elburn, Illinois and Kaneland High School, helped lead the Cardinals to a 1-1 record last week as he totaled 11 goals and five ground balls. He had eight goals and three ground balls in a 16-11 win at Benedictine on March 2, followed by three goals and two ground balls in a one-goal loss to nationally-ranked Ohio Wesleyan on March 5.
Teague, a senior long stick middie from Milford, Ohio and Milford High School, helped lead the Pioneers to a 13-10 win over Capital on March 5 as Transylvania moved to 4-0 on the season. Teague finished with seven ground balls and four caused turnovers in the win.
