NAPERVILLE – The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its Women’s Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week on Tuesday for matches played between Monday, Oct. 7 and Sunday, Oct. 13.

Offensive: Elle Sutter, North Central, Fifth Year (Peoria, Ill.)
Sutter claimed her third CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week award on Tuesday after stacking up eight points in two NCC victories last week.

Sutter scored twice last Wednesday, including her sixth match-winning goal of the season just 66 seconds into the match, to send the Cardinals past Augustana, 3-0. She added a goal and two assists in Saturday’s 7-0 win at Elmhurst.

Defensive: Kassandra Salviola, North Central, Junior (Naperville, Ill.)
Salviola helped the Cardinals to a pair of shutout victories last week, adding a pair of goals on seven shots in Saturday’s 7-0 blanking of Elmhurst on Saturday. She now has seven goals this season and helped anchor an NCC defense that has allowed only two goals across three CCIW contests.
