METAMORA, Ill. – Metamora Fields Golf Club will be the site of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Golf Championship for the second consecutive October when the league’s 29th annual event tees off Thursday at 8 a.m.

Ballots submitted last month by league coaches in a pre-championship poll picked Illinois Wesleyan to win its eighth title since 2015. IWU won last season’s crown in Metamora with a tournament-record team total of 886.
