NAPERVILLE – The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announces its Women’s Swimming & Diving Student-Athletes of the Week on Tuesday for competitions conducted between Monday, Jan. 13 and Sunday, Jan. 19.
 
Swimming: Natalie Porter, Illinois Wesleyan, Junior (Danville, Ill.)
Porter earned three wins and a total of four top-three finishes in a pair of triangular meets on Jan. 17-18.
 
After winning the 200 freestyle (2:04.66) and placing third in the 100 backstroke (1:07.87), Porter picked up wins in a triangular with Carthage and Illinois Tech. Porter won the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:24.06 and added a win in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:53.63. Her season-best 1000 free time is the best in the CCIW this season by nearly 10 seconds.
 
Diving: Lara Stamp, Wheaton, Freshman (Valparaiso, Ind.)
Stamp seized her fourth CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week award of the 2024-25 season, becoming the first Wheaton diver to achieve an NCAA Regional cut in diving since 2015 with a score of 413.90 on 1-meter versus Lake Forest last Saturday. It was the second-highest score in Wheaton history. 
 
She also achieved her best 3-meter score by 22.80 points, winning the 6 dive competition in 228.85
