NAPERVILLE – The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its Men’s Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for games played between Monday, March 17 and Sunday, March 23.
Offensive: Timothy McHugh, Illinois Wesleyan, Sophomore (Orland Park, Ill.)
McHugh totaled a career-high nine points on a career-high five goals and four assists in Illinois Wesleyan’s 18-15 comeback win over Calvin last Saturday. McHugh also logged three ground balls in the win.
Defensive: Noah Mickelson, Elmhurst, Senior (Mattawan, Mich.)
Mickelson made 12 saves and limited Albion to a season-low six goals in Elmhurst’s 14-6 road victory on Sunday. Mickelson finished the contest with four ground balls, two caused turnovers and a .667 saves percentage. He faced 38 shots overall.
