NAPERVILLE – The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its Men’s Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for games played between Monday, March 24 and Sunday, March 30.
Offensive: Timothy McHugh, Illinois Wesleyan, Sophomore (Orland Park, Ill.)
Tuesday’s announcement marks McHugh’s second consecutive CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week award. McHugh tallied four goals and four assists to lift the Titans over Adrian on Saturday, 23-18.
Defensive: Aidan Murphy, North Central, Senior (Lindenhurst, Ill.)
Murphy made 19 saves for the Cardinals in their 9-8 win versus Calvin on Saturday in Naperville. He faced 50 shots, improving his season save percentage to .661 and goals-against average to 8.21.
