CCIW Places Seven on NFCA All-Region Teams

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced its 2025 All-Region Teams on Friday, honoring seven student-athletes from the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) in Region VIII.

The awards honor student-athletes from the Association’s 10 regions with selection to one of three teams. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.

Four of the league’s seven honorees were placed on the First Team, including CCIW Offensive Student-Athlete of the Year Clare Rettler of Carthage and CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year Jen Kuhn of Illinois Wesleyan. Millikin’s Charley Condill and Augustana’s McKensey Stontz were also All-Region First Team picks.

Rettler was a repeat selection on the First Team, while Kuhn earned her second consecutive honor after a Third Team pick in 2024.

Two more from IWU – Ella Hermes and Bella Pinter – were selected for the Second Team, while Aubrey Gradin of Augie was a Third Team choice.

All honorees move forward to be considered for selection for the three NFCA Division III All-America squads, which will be announced May 28 online and on-site at the NCAA Division III Finals banquet in Bloomington, Ill.
