NAPERVILLE — Carroll senior Sierra Skack and Carthage junior Kaitlyn Goff were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week following their performances on April 18. Skack received offensive honors after a record-setting outing in Carroll’s win over Augustana, while Goff was selected on the defensive side after helping lead Carthage to a conference victory over Illinois Wesleyan.
 
Offensive: Sierra Skack, Carroll
Skack played a central role in Carroll’s 22-4 win over Augustana in Waukesha, finishing with nine points on four goals and five assists. With her five assists in the contest, the Muskego, Wis. native established a new Carroll single-season program record. She also contributed three ground balls and one caused turnover as the Pioneers remained unbeaten in conference play.
 
Defensive: Kaitlyn Goff, Carthage
In Carthage’s 22-2 win over Illinois Wesleyan, Goff turned in a complete performance on both ends of the field. The Park Ridge, Ill. native totaled 11 draw controls, seven ground balls and four caused turnovers while helping anchor a defensive effort that limited the Titans to two goals. She also added a goal and an assist in the victory.
