NAPERVILLE — The final Softball Student-Athletes of the Week for the 2026 regular season were announced Monday by the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW), with Augustana’s Aubrey Gradin receiving Hitter of the Week honors and North Central’s Juliana Maude being selected as Pitcher of the Week. 
 
Hitter: Aubrey Gradin, Augustana
Gradin contributed to Augustana’s final week of regular-season play with seven hits and seven RBIs. The sophomore from Davenport, Iowa, had a double and an RBI in the Vikings’ series against North Central before adding three hits and six RBIs in a doubleheader sweep of Elmhurst. 
 
Her production against the Bluejays included a grand slam in the first game and a solo home run in the second. Gradin finished the week with 16 at-bats, two runs scored and three walks as Augustana closed the CCIW schedule with an 11-5 record.
 
Pitcher: Juliana Maude, North Central
North Central’s selection came from the circle, where Maude helped the Cardinals secure a CCIW Tournament berth with a complete-game shutout against Augustana. 
 
A junior from Huntley, Ill., Maude allowed six hits and one walk over seven innings in a 4-0 victory. She struck out five, finished the outing with a 1.000 WHIP and earned her eighth win of the season while limiting one of the league’s top offenses.
