NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Matt Perez was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week Tuesday.
Perez, a junior from Hanover Park, Ill., and Hoffman Estates High School (undeclared major), finished seventh in the 8K at the Notre Dame Invitational on Saturday. His time of 25:17 helped the Cardinals finish third.
