NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Millikin sophomore guard Elyce Knudsen was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week for the third time this season on Monday.

Knudsen, a native of Philo, Illinois and Tolono Unity High School, helped lead the Big Blue to a 2-0 record last week, securing a share of the CCIW's regular season title. She scored a career-high 41 points on 17-of-19 shooting from the field, including a perfect 5-of-5 from three-point range, during an 83-63 win at Wheaton on Saturday. She tied a program record with 11 consecutive shots made against the Thunder. Knudsen also recorded 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting and five rebounds in an 85-58 win over Elmhurst on Wednesday.
