NAPERVILLE – Jocelynn Eggert, a senior at Marian, has repeated as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Bowling Student-Athlete of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.
Eggert had a five-game block of 1,046 for the Sabres in their trip to the Warhawk Open last Dec. 7-8 in Addison, Ill., finishing fifth to earn All-Tournament recognition. The Loves Park, Ill. native averaged 209.5 with only four open frames of 54 on day one and a strike rate of 50 percent.
In day two, she had only six of 40 open frames, finishing the weekend with a fill rate of nearly 90 percent.
