NAPERVILLE — Carroll’s Natasa Pupovac was named College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women’s Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week on Wednesday. Pupovac finished a perfect 4-0 last week against league rivals North Park and Elmhurst.
Against North Park, Pupovac and her partner Kate Trifilio would win 7-6 (2) at one doubles to secure the doubles point. Against Alexandra Pugachova, Pupovac claimed a three win, 6-2, 4-6, 6-1. Next, against Elmhurst, Natasa was nearly flawless, winning 6-0 at one doubles and 6-0, 6-1 at one singles.
