NAPERVILLE, Ill. - As the calendar turns to October, the race for a spot in the top six of the CCIW and a berth into the 2026 CCIW Tournament has begun. Little separates the teams in this conference, as evidenced by five of the eight CCIW matches so far ending in a draw or decided by a one-goal difference. The week ahead promises more drama, with three conference matches slated for Saturday and a quadruple-header of league action on Oct. 7.
